Members of Competition Tribunal sworn in

Deputy Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Paul Ndemo today presided over the swearing-in ceremony of members of the Competition Tribunal. Those who took Oath of Office are: Destaings Nyenyi Nyongesa, Kimani Muhoro, Valentine Mwende and Becky Mogire. Acting Registrar of the Tribunals Anne Asugah administered the oaths. Court clears over 50 matters in two days

 The Court of Appeal sitting at Mombasa has cleared over 50 matters in a two-day rapid response initiative (RRI). This will be replicated countrywide to clear pending cases in the Court of Appeal.nToday, May 28, 2019, it heard 16 appeals and nine applications.  On May 27, judges heard and determined 16 appeals and 8-single-judge applications. Further, they heard and determined three matters for settling terms of Orders. Judiciary librarians participate in heart run

The Judiciary Library Services team joined other participants in the Mater Heart Run 2019, an event organised by the Mater Misericordiae Hospital. This is an annual event that seeks to raise funds for children from disadvantaged communities that suffer from heart ailments. Court Annexed Mediation operational in 10 counties
