CRJ Mokaya joins Environment and Land Court judges during their training

ELC judges trained on Carbon Offsetting

The Environment and Land Court Judges are participating in a Carbon Offsetting Training workshop. The programme aims to strengthen the Judiciary's capacity to handle Carbon Offset disputes and will explore a broad range of issues, including the architecture of carbon markets and trading mechanisms. The judges will be exposed to emerging regulatory and institutional landscapes, and comparative jurisprudence on carbon-related disputes.
