CRJ Mokaya joins Environment and Land Court judges during their training
Commissioner Justice Antony Mrima and Chief Registrar of the Judiciary Hon Winfridah Mokaya joined the Environment and Land Court on its second day of the training themed “Navigating the Legal and Judicial Frontiers of Carbon Offsetting in Environment and Land Adjudication.” “Our commitment is not theoretical.
