SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT (SLA)

The Integrated Fiduciary Agent (IFA) unveiled the Service Level Agreement (SLA) which sets out service standards aimed at streamlining the procurement processes. The SLA is to guide all IUs, Project Management Unit (PMU) and IFA through the procurement processes and financial management cycles. It sets out timelines of how long the procurement process would take in the procurement chain. MESSAGE OF CONDOLENCE TO THE FAMILY OF JUSTICE LOUIS OMONDI ONGUTO

It is with great sadness that the Judiciary announces the sudden death of Hon Justice Joseph Louis Omondi Onguto, who was serving as a Judge of the High Court of Kenya in the Commercial Division. Justice Onguto was appointed a High Court Judge on July 1, 2014. He brought into the Judiciary extensive experience as a legal practitioner and lecturer at the Kenya School of Law. He served in the Environment and Land Court Division until 2015 when he was transferred to the Constitutional and Human Rights Division. Training on electoral dispute resolution enhanced

The training of Judges and judicial officers on election dispute resolution has been going on in all regions in Kenya with the aim of equipping them with more sufficient knowledge on the matter, in readiness for the 2017 election disputes. It is expected that the trainings will help the judicial officers and staff adjudicate election contests in a most expeditious, effective and impartial manner.
