Judiciary committed to decongesting remands The Judiciary is committed to implementing programmes and polices that are aimed at fast-tracking cases and decongesting remand facilities. Homa Bay Senior Principal Magistrate Thomas Obutu told Homa Bay GK Prison inmates that the court is keen to fast-track cases that have been pending before the court.
