Kabarnet High Court Presiding Judge Edward M.Muriithi speaks with staff on the procedure of drafting and preparation of court orders and decrees. The preparation of court orders and decrees constitute part of their day-to -day duties in the court. Justice Muriithi said the procedures are vital in the expeditious delivery of justice adding that it is important for the court assistants to have them at their finger tips.
