Children Court Users Committee discusses handling of children in conflict with the law by the justice system

Nyamira Law Courts Resident Magistrate Beniah Okong'o chaired the Nyamira Children Court Users Committee meeting (CCUC) in Nyamira. The committee discussed how children in conflict with the law should be handled in the justice system and the need to sensitise the community and schools on the new Children Act, 2022, as well as the crimes against children and their penalties.
