CJ urges MPs to provide legislative framework to streamline Tribunals operations

The National Assembly has been urged to expedite the legislative process to fully transition all Tribunals to the Judiciary. Chief Justice Martha Koome has committed to advocate for environmental sustainability in the Kenyan justice sector through upholding the rule of law, protecting rights, ensuring sustainable development and promoting ecological sustainability.
